Return Policy
At Tori Candles, we do not accept returns for personalized/custom items. We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged (broken) due to shipping/transport conditions.
1) Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Personalized/custom candles.

Final sale items and gift cards (if applicable).
2) Damaged items (Broken on arrival)
If your order arrives broken or damaged, you must notify us immediately upon delivery.
To request a replacement or refund, email us at toricandles@icloud.com and include:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the damage (product and packaging).

A brief description of what happened.
Requests that are not reported immediately after delivery may not be eligible.
3) Refunds (if approved)
Once we review your request and confirm the damage, we will notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit if you prefer).
4) Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for personalized/custom items.
If your product arrived damaged, we may offer an exchange/replacement for the same item (subject to availability).
5) Return shipping
In cases of confirmed shipping damage, return shipping (if required) will be covered by the store. If a return is not required, we will guide you through the next steps.
